SEARCH PROGRAMS
RETAINED
1/3 of the estimated search fee required in advance. Second Installment in 30 days with the final payment due in 60 days
CONTAINED
Volume clients: 1/4 to 1/3 of the estimated search fee required per position contracted, in advance, non-refundable to be deducted from final fee
CONTINGENT
An agreed percentage paid to REM upon placement of REM candidate hired by client company. Fee negotiable. Standard 25%
REM offers retained and contingency search services. These programs, developed, implemented and exclusively offered to our clients, provide cost effective and flexible search agreements customized to our client’s needs.
Our principles are stated here because the search process is governed by these principles, as is the conduct of all REM representatives. Although REM is a “client oriented” firm, we provide the same level of confidentiality and follow-through to the individuals we represent as we do our clients.
Our reputation has been built on a highly ethical practice that is not only reflected in the clients we service but also in the vast search industry network we have established. Candidates who are referred to REM understand that no client shall view their resume without their specific knowledge and authorization.
In turn, REM clients can expect only pre-qualified resumes to be submitted for consideration on any given search.
Once the search parameters have been established, REM utilizes many avenues of information gathering to research, select, pre-screen, and submit professionals specific to our client’s requirements.
The bulk of our efforts is dedicated to recruiting top tier professionals from within environments appropriate for our client’s needs. REM will check candidate references unless otherwise instructed. Keeping all parties informed, REM will expedite the search as well as counsel both parties on issues including relocation, compensation, and cost of living statistics.
REM will also remain accessible far beyond the initial start date to ensure a smooth transition to our client.
